We have represented physicians and medical practices in a wide range of matters, from hospital agreements to restrictive covenants to regulatory issues to disputes relating to hospital or surgical center matters.

Our firm also has broad experience in complex commercial and creditors' rights cases, including a wide array of matters on behalf of commercial creditors, financial institutions, and obligors; and a large variety of banking matters, including lender liability, letters of credit, banker's blanket bond suits, directors' and officers' liability suits, and failed institutions. Hirsch, Index No. 600276/2006 (N.Y.Sup.Ct. 2006) and other extraordinary remedies as indicated (including “capias”, see In re Bona, 110 B.R. 1012 (Bktcy. S.D.N.Y. 1990) and Marshall v. Matthei, 327 N.J.Super. 512, 744 A.2d 209 (App.Div. 2000)). We handle appeals as well as administrative and arbitration proceedings. We also have substantial experience in commercial and residential real estate disputes involving contracts, title, mortgages, zoning and tenancy matters.

Our attorneys also have significant experience in the area of casino and gaming law and related matters on behalf of casinos and others in the gaming industry. We have also assisted in litigation, arbitration and other matters in the offshore gaming context.
